This was what we were looking for. Affordable, Beachfront, Walking distance to the city with Restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Amelia and Cheryl. The exterior of the property needs some sprucing up. The room was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Our stay was really enjoyable. We definitely would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great location, excellent staff, comfortable home!

Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect; close to town, on Brown's beach, easy access to transportation to the rest of the island. Beautiful property!
Cons: To no fault of the hotel, the internet was down more than half of our stay. It was the reason we stayed in a hotel and not with family; disappointing.
Location: Brown's beach is beautiful! Great food nearby, close to Bridgetown, the beach has everything you'd think of.
Nicole, one of the housekeepers, was amazing!! So friendly and checked in on us when she saw us. Made our stay the best! The room was exactly as expected, comfortable, great view, had everything that we needed. Nice balcony/veranda area as well with view of the most beautiful beach in Barbados (in my opinion)!

The staff was very friendly. Only there was no hot water. Walking distance to some places.

Furniture is old and dirty, needs upgrading. Property needs refurbishing. Property needs a face lift, inside and out. There is need for a Night Manager. Security needs to be beefed up...anyone can walk into the property at any time of the day or night.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback, Nautilus Beach Apartments is by no means a new building, having been built over 30 years ago. However, we thrive to continue our upgrading of all rooms. We have also never had anyone complain of rooms being dirty. It would have been nice to have a chat face to face before you checked out.

I loved Nautilus and would highly recommend it! It was in a great location if you like snorkeling especially!

This is an old property but the location is amazing. Kitchen was well equiped for eating in. Beach chairs were supplied to drag out onto the beautiful beach right outside the fence. Its not fancy but clean, very good wifi, and staff was friendly. Right on bus route so getting around was easy. There seemed to be a lot of seniors staying there.

Great location apartments

We stayed here for 3 nights. Located in an ideal spot on Carlisle Bay. The apartment was larger than expected, with a lounge/kitchen, generous sizes bedroom and separate bathroom. Although the accommodation is dated and could do with a makeover, we couldn't fault the cleanliness. As well as being directly on the beach, was in easy walking distance of various restaurants and Bridgetown. All staff we came into contact with were very pleasant & helpful. Would recommend these apartments.
