The hotel looks amazing when you first walk in and you think you’re going to have an amazing experience. Our room seem decent enough. We were missing our sheets for our pull our bed. We couldn’t get a hold of the front desk or house keeping. My husband finally had to go down to the front desk and ask for them. It took over an hour to receive it and they only gave us 1 pillow when we asked for 3. Never got the extra pillows. The knobs on our closet are completely broken and can’t use. There are outlets hanging off the walls not attached. The pool was dirty and full of debris with dirty towels everywhere! There weren’t any clean towels when we got there so my husband asked for some before we got in. We swam for a few hours, well into the night. When we were done my kids were freezing and still no towels. Have of us froze just air drying and until my husband kept calling for more towels. We finally got some, but a little too late. Maybe they just need more housekeeping staff? Our beds were comfortable but I probably wouldn’t stay her again. Even though it’s by the air port you expect the rooms to be a little more sound proof. So be prepared to hear planes all night. You expect more from a Hilton Hotel pay to have a better experience.

Very nice. Clean . Nice people. Exelence service , exelent coffe shop.. Nice bar. Pool nice and clean.

They gave me a room that was already taken as a customer i would not appreciate having a stranger being able to walk in to a room with personal items.

Great amenities - nice cafe, nice bar area. Front desk very responsive when I needed my TV fixed. Bed very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Well kept and clean, staff was very nice only complaint was they lost my breakfast in bed menu i had filled out the night before.
