Love it at the Falcon Crest. Front desk staff are awesome, rooms are lovely and always immaculately clean.

Great location. Underground heated parking. Outdoor hot tubs were a nice addition after a cold winter hike. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

The BBQ wasn't working properly, and the furnace never went off on its own, which made the room very hot, even when set at 16. It was also quite noisy. We had to just turn it off. Maintenance did come to check it, but we couldn't determine any difference. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, and the appliances worked fine. The movies and popcorn were a nice treat...

Thank you very much for your comments about your stay at the Falcon Crest Lodge; much appreciated. I am sorry to hear about the workings of the BBQ and my staff will investigate into that. As for the temperature of the room; although individual thermostats are placed in all rooms, during extremely cold spells, warm air is forced through the building, which can sometimes affect the overall room temperature. FCL is our go-to place to stay in Canmore. The rooms are spacious and the fireplace and balcony are huge bonuses. When we arrived and checked in, we got to our room and realized we had been upgraded at no cost, which made our 3 night stay even more enjoyable.

I had arranged early check in and the room was not ready. As soon as our needs were understood the management got our room ready quickly. The room was excellent, and we enjoyed the rest if our stay.

We loved our stay at the lodge! The staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet throughout our stay. We extended our stay 2 extra nights because we were having so much fun. Even on the busy family day weekend, the front desk staff were able to accomadate us for the extra nights in the same room. Tefline was especially wonderful to us! The property has great ammenities with fully stocked kitchens. We BBQ'd every night of our stay. We will definitley be coming back next time we stay in the Rockies!
